FLIT HOLIDAY PROGRAMMES

Two long holiday periods in the Thai school calendar are a busy time at Fun Language. FLIT Holiday Programmes are carefully written to match children’s interests, so that they can learn and enjoy themselves at the same time. The objective of the Holiday Programme courses is to teach children English through the use of a variety of themes and topics, such as Record Breakers, Fairy Tales and Young Explorers. Hence students and parents know what to expect and can choose the themes they like. We use or unique method of learning by doing and our students are exposed to a wide range of games and activities, which encourage creativity, logic and imagination. Lessons are usually held between Monday and Friday and last from 9.00 am until 3.30 pm.

FLIT CAMPS

Fun Language Camps offer students a unique opportunity to experience English as they never have before. Our camps are special, as each one is individually themed and complete with its own excursions, lessons, worksheets, games and activities. FLIT Camp courses place great emphasis on project work and team-based activities, they promote maximum interactivity and most importantly the principle of “Living and Learning with your Teachers”. With students being in an environment of total language immersion, there are many benefits to the FLIT camp system. It gives children an opportunity to interact with their teachers in situations outside of the traditional classroom scenario. Students learn to use English as a means of delivery in their everyday lives and return home feeling confident, enthusiastic and eager to learn more.

FLIT PROJECTS

Fun Language Projects is an afternoon programme designed to capture the imagination of students. They encourage children to use English naturally in groups to work on the project’s end product such as a poster, 3D model, or performance. Projects really boost young learners’ language acquisition and make them more confident about their learning. They also strengthen team spirit and make students more aware of their own interests and talents, as well as of the ones of their classmates.  The project approach stimulates students’ curiosity, encourages self-confidence, concentration and positive social skills such as flexibility and cooperation. FLIT Projects are a great way to put into practice skills the students have learnt during the school year in the Fun Language classroom.
